When is the latest I can submit my supply list?

Your list should be submitted on or before April 10th.   If necessary, please contact your school coordinator to request for extended time.

 

Who do I give my supply list to?

You can give your supply list to your school coordinator to submit to us.

 

Do you sell name brand and private brand school supplies?

Yes. We offer many name brand products. We also offer quality private label products that are more economical.

 

Can I add more items to the supply list after the quote is signed?

Unfortunately No.  Therefore, we encourage you to finalize your list before submitting it to us for a free quote.

 

Can I request specific items?

Yes. We work with Supplyclick and many other national suppliers to find exactly what you ask for.

 

Will all my students receive their exact kits on time?

Yes. Our online pre-ordering window closes 8 weeks before first day of class. This allows us ample time to prepare the kits and deliver them to the parents’ home or to your school 2 weeks before the first day of class for distribution. 

 

Will any of my students come unprepared for the first day of class?

In some cases, parents can opt not to participate in this program and purchase their kid’s school supplies elsewhere.

 

Are parents able to make purchases using paper order forms?

Unfortunately No. Purchases can only be made online at www.owlpaks.com.  This allows parents to pay by credit card and can help reduce the amount of paperwork, cash management and tallying checks by your school coordinator.

 

How can I buy extra supplies for my classroom?

We understand sometimes you have to spend your own hard working money on extra school supplies for your classroom. Why can’t I search by school to find my kid’s OWLPAK kit?

This helps maintain privacy and confidentiality. Please refer to your unique school account number provided on your order form.  Also, you can check your school website or contact your school coordinator.

 

Where can I find my school account number?

You can find your school account number on the order from provided to you by your participating school. In addition, you can contact your school coordinator. 

 

What if my school is not participating in the OWLPAKS program?

You should encourage your school organization to participate. It’s a very beneficial program designed for everyone.

 

When is the pre-order deadline?

Pre-order deadline is 8 weeks before the first day of class. Pre-orders allows us amble time to source hard-to-find items on the teacher supply lists but also allows us to combine all our participating schools orders to provide cost- effective solutions for everyone.  All orders placed after the deadline can still be placed but it does guarantee that all items will be in stock.

 

What if I miss the pre-order deadline?

Any orders made after the deadline does not guarantee a successful and complete order because special request items from the teacher supply lists may be sold out.  But we will do our best to fulfill your order and send it out as quickly as possible.  

 

What if I can’t pay by credit card or check?

We designed an option for you to log online and make a regular checkout. You can choose the money order option and follow the instructions. You will make out a money order for the total amount due and send it to our company. Once we receive the payment, we will process your order and send the kit to your home address.

 

Can I purchase additional items outside of the supply lists with your program?

Yes. Just log onto www.owlpaks .com and enter your school account number provided to you on the order from.  You will have the ability to customize your kit(s) by adding or removing items your kids may already have to save money.

 

Is OWLPAKS pricing comparable to retail pricing?

Yes. Our pricing is very competitive and a majority are 20-70% percent lower than chain store retail pricing. In addition, if parents factor in their time shopping from store to store paying high gas prices and trying to search for hard-to-find or sold out items then YES, we have the best pricing.

 

Can I reorder school supplies for any reason?

Yes. Please retain your school unique account number to gain access to your school’s private account and make purchases all year long.

 

Can I still purchase an OWLPAKS kit even though my school is not participating?

Yes. We do not stop anyone from purchasing school supplies. Simply visit www.owlpaks.com/build-a-kit and begin building your own kit today.

 

Can I choose not to participate in the OWLPAKS program?

Yes, you can make the decision whether or not you would like to participate.  You can shop for school supplies outside of the school.  But we encourage you to participate simply because it’s convenient and cost-effective.  Also, your contribution helps the school purchase extra school supplies for teachers via funds raised.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no customized orders can be canceled after being submitted. We encourage you to finalize your decision before ordering.

 

Can I return my order?

We are happy to offer you a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise, but some restrictions may apply. If an incorrect item was ordered or you changed your mind about the order, we will have to charge a restocking fee. Damaged merchandise has to be reported within 30 business days, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. If your item is defective, it needs to be reported within 30 business days. You received fewer items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it has to be reported within 5 business days after delivery or carrier noted delivery.

How does my school get started?

Simply submit us your supply list for each grade level for a free quote. Distribute the free customized flyers.   Allow parents to make the purchases online. We will build the kits to exactly match the teacher supply lists and deliver it to the parents’ home address before the first day of class. Your school will receive a cash bonus on net sales.

 

Do I have to sign a commitment form with the OWLPAKS program?

We are required to obtain a signed commitment form that can be canceled at anytime and will not be subject to a cancellation fee.  During this time, we will provide you with free customized tools to help generate a successful experience and increase participation and sales.   You can use these tools to promote and get paid for what you’ve sold.  Absolutely no money is required up front.

 

 

Who will coordinate this program?

-We suggest PTO, PTA or other parent organization to control this program. Usually, they choose a coordinator to work with one of our dedicated account managers.

 

Can our school get a free sample kit to present at open house or at walk-in registration to parents?

How can I print out more flyers?

Do you provide unlimited consultation?

Yes, we will provide your school organization with a dedicated account manager with free unlimited step-by-step guidance from beginning to end. We want to help provide a successful and stress-free experience for your school organization.

 

Do you provide a referral program?

Yes. Simply fill out a referral program form. Both schools must be participants of our program. Your school can earn a one-time cash bonus on 5% back on net sales from the referred school’s first year of participation.  Contact your representative to learn more.
